EDIT: i can' t believe i forgto to include the asking price. sorry guys! i'm asking for 2000 US.
i'm selling my collins guitar so i can purchase one of michael's first guitars owne by my friend rob (the very guitar that made michael "famous" at DFNE).
the guitar is in excellent condition (one very minor ding - gigging accident) i ll have detailed pics up ASAP. in the mean time, the only pics i have are of others playing it (rosenberg , schafer, ritary, etc..), email if you'd like to see them.
it was used at DFNY by herve gaguenetti , rhythm player of the ritary ensemble.
When I went to the rosenberg camp, they were so impressed with the guitar that one of the rosenbergs wanted to trade his 3000+ euro signature model eimers for mine... paulus schafer and his cousin sendelo were so impressed that an endorsement deal is currently in the making.
here are the specs (if i recall correctly, i'm not a gear specialist)
Eimers replica Selmer tuners
ebony fingerboard
laminated rosewood back / sides
solid spruce top steam bent
dots on fretboard and on side of neck
i suppose you'd have to ask michael collins for more details; his website

i'll try to get more pics up ASAP
i've owned the guitar since mid april 2005 (4 months now) so it is still in excellent shape (despite the small ding). Brand new i believe this guitar costs 2400 US.... and it takes michael about 6 months to really get it done.
If you want one ASAP, now 's your chance... i am in no hurry to sell this guitar so i won't put it up on ebay...
soundclips of ritary playing the guitar are also available upon request
