Just wondering if you could post the name of the 2 music stores in St. Louis that carry the D-500 guitar. I live in KC area and no one carries those instruments. I might want to do a day trip thing. Were you able to check out more guitars in Chicago?

In St. Louis, you can play/purchase the Gitane D-500 at Music Folk and Fazio's Frets and Friends. Music Folk has two more models by Gitane on order. I know one is the DG-250M. I don't know how long these orders take. At Andy's Music in Chicago they have the Cigano oval and D-hole and at least 4 Gitane models in stock. No other manufacturers available at these stores. Michael H. has great prices on these guitars right now. All these stores have website to check out for latest info.
