He calls it a Bandolina I think??? It looks more like a Concertina to me. It's an instrument from Argentina though (I think he said on stage once).

Is it not a Bandoneon? They are used a lot in Tango Music.

It appears that a Bandoneón is a different form of a Concertina , adapted as Tango reached Paris from Argentina, but has a non-traditional key layout order that is French influenced (Piguri system). Suitable for gypsy jazz in that way i guess. ;-)
