Autumn Leaves or Les feuilles mortes - lead sheet and chords

I was searching for a lead sheet to the tune 'Autumn Leaves' or 'Les feuilles mortes'. I did search the forums but couldn't find it. However, a good 'ole goolge search gave me what I needed. If you are not familiar with the tune, it was first written by Joseph Kosma with lyrics by Jacques Prevert. Later, American stylist, Johnny Mercer, adapted it with English lyrics. It became a huge hit in both languages. At any rate, found the lead sheet with chords.
I've got a couple of great versions of it by Edith Piaf, and a gypsy jazz rendition of it by Ziroli Winterstein Ensemble on the 'Rough Guide to Gypsy Swing' CD. I thought I'd post it here for others, and actually found it on the site http://www.wikifonia.org/node/106. Haven't seen this site mentioned on these forums, and it may actually have many more - just not explored it very much.
Anyway, tune up and get busy...
