  • Hey Robin

Time to take up the Dobro. It's a blast and lots of GJ songs lay out well in standard G tuning. 8)

Have Bolero Blue down pretty well now including some blantantly ripped off guitar licks from the original recording. It actually sounds pretty good on the dobro. The original guitar part souns pretty awesome as well  .

    Take good care amigo

Yeah, I can do Blue Drag, Dinah, Minor Swing & Artillery Loude on my Dobro or Weissenborn. It's a lot of fun.

Blue Drag is on my Myspace if anyone wants to check it out. Played live with my Asher Dual-tone & a Digitech Jamman.

This is a basic country lick, played by any country guitarist. I think credit should have gone to Albert Lee or Brent Mason.

The really cool lick from this is the Hendix style bend of 2 strings that follows, E played going up, B played coming down....
