I'm working on improv over this tune and would be interested in hearing how folk approach soloing over the the changes when the song goes to Eb / Am7b5 etc...

If you take a 'key" approach, bar 9 is Eb, while bars 10 and 11 are in G minor. Or, you might arpeggiate the Eb6, then play a G harmonic minor over the rest. Or, if you look at each chord, you can play Cm type arpeggios (try m7 and m6) over both the Eb6 and Am7b5, then a D7 aprpeggio before landing into a G minor arpeggio. Lots of things to try...
