I have used the Radial PZ Pre for about a year now. Everything I plug into it sounds great. It has a lot of control and I use the post EQ right into the PA. Sounds very good. I use no effects in the loop, but sometimes use the boost for a little lead work. I would buy it again in a heartbeat if I lost it. My partner has one as well, and I know he had some sort of Baggs pre that he ditched and is much happier with the Radial.
I have used the PZ with undersadlle piezos, my Godin nylon, and the Baggs M-1a soundhole. It is built like a tank as well.
thanks for your insights on this. Last night I went through my mail that got put to the side and acoustic guitar had a review on the new LR Baggs, but I've heard continually good results with the Radial...
They reviewed the Radial as well, which is why I bought that one. Search their site and you can read the review I believe with the current code. Here is a recent video of us using them live. Dean is using his with an under saddle piezo and I am using the Baggs M1a soundhole in my D500. They both sound pretty nice in a loud setting. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PVcfTe0m5QA
I got Michael H to order one for me (very good price), and I've been very pleased with it. Two separate channels, up to four inputs (XLR and 1/4"), gobs of controls, multiple outputs. I've used it to mix a Schertler Basik and an AT831b into a PA.

I haven't tried the other one, but the RAdial Pre Z is top notch, and it works well with any pickup/mic system that I've tried (schatten, big tone, audio technica 831, schertler, etc...)
