greetings. first time poster, long time lurker, soon to be living in denver. searched the forums before posting and minus a local denver band's site, i can not find much about the denver gypsy jazz scene. the djangofest colorado page does not reflect any dates for this year. maybe it's premature to expect the information to be available already.

i'm wondering if there is a weekly/monthly jam session or get together somewhere? any information in general about gypsy jazz in denver is appreciated. merci.

I'm with ya. I live in Denver I haven't heard anything, either.

I guess if there are no GJ bands in Denver, I'll have to get my chops up and start one!

Love the Denver area. Spent a nice time in Golden, where some relatives lived. We found the Boulder area to be pretty vibrant. Though, we didn't get out to see live music, other than what we saw on the streets. I did find this group's site, you might check them out...
