Help with transcription

I've been using a program called "Transcribe!" to work out Django's 1949 Rome Session solo on "Improv. on Tchaikovsky's Pathetique Andante (Starry Night)" and I think I have all of the notes correct. However, I'm having trouble determining note length and measure placement. My ultimate goal is to make a powertab, pdf, or something that has an accurate transcription of the solo.

I was just wondering if anyone would like to help me with this? It shouldn't take long if you've done transcriptions before, as most of the notes are already transcribed, but I'm mainly wanting someone to take a look at it and see if the notes are correct.

Any help would be much appreciated! :D

    hi shawn,
i transcribe often using transcribe, i rarely write it down but i think i have a good ear, i would be willing to check your notes, although i don't have a copy of the song, maybe you can send me what you have through and email and i'll get busy.
    thanks,
