Busato 1938 - 1940 For Sale, Lowered in Price

Hello everyone,
The Busato guitar I saw on the Leo Eimers website a few months ago has been lowered in price.
It's now for sale for 12.500 euro's. I think this is a more realistic price then the orignal 17.500 euro's or something like that. Is it?
