yes i like the dutch style... sue me...

i got this from stochelo , he played it at a jam (samois 2002 )

over A7 to D .. starting on beat 3

e------------------------------------12s9------------------------
b--------------------------------14--------10-------------------
g------------------------12-15----------------11----9-------------
d----------------11-14---------------------------s11-11-10-9-------
a-11-13-11-12---------------------------------------------------
e--------------------------------------------------------------------

e-----------------------------------------------------------------------
b-----------------------------------------------------------------------
g-----------------------------------------------------------------------
d-----------------------------------------------------------------------
a--12-9----------------------------------------------------------------
e--------10-9h10p9-7-------------------------------------------------

alright... you guys add the barlines yourselves....

it's all 8th notes EXCEPT:

the first encounter of F# is a quarter ... and that triplet 's a trill...

so as always, know where the lick starts and ends metrically, and know the chord shapes they're based on....

in this case, starts on beat 3.... ends on beat 3 a few measures later...

u can actually separate the A7 and D licks...

A7 shape: x 12 14 12 14 12

D shape :10 x 11 11 10 x
