I'm looking to buy a CSL oval or D hole model guitar. I live in Sweden and would prefer to find one in Europe but I'm prepared to deal with overseas shipping as well.

Did you get fixed up. I know this was posted some time ago now but I have a nice D hole for sale with original CSL case. Please let me know if interested and I can send you pics etc.

That seems like a lot of money for that guitar, unless they're a lot more collectible than I thought. You're getting into Dupont territory with that price.

Last week there were 2 for sale in Europe.
1 at the Fellowship of Acoustics, the Netherlands (Holland) http://www.tfoa.eu/the_store/index.php? ... ory_id=486
Pls note it is NOT at the sit atm, maybe it's sold already.
Both are the Ibanez versions, with the signature or MM himself on the label.
They do command a steep price, as is seems they are quite collectible,
The fellowship of Acoustics also has an original Selmer Maccaferi D-hole for sale.
It still has the original resonater.
A friend of mine had the opportunity to inspect and play that very guitar and he told me
it really is in impeccable shape for an instrument that old.
Mind u, considering the price tag this one is for the very fortunate only.
If at first you don't succeed, skydiving is not for you.

It's a month old, but it might be worth writing the guy.
