I've sent a bunch of e-mails to a few friends who asked my opinion. I'm with Frater: none of the above. I'm betting that hardware IS original, and there are a bunch of reasons (shape, soundhole location, neck construction, etc.) why I think it is a nameless one-off buy some unknown maker. It doesn't sound half bad in the clips, but I wouldn't pay much for it.
