    thanks a lot for the input, much appreciated. i´m out of town ATM and only have limited access, so i´ll meditate on the lengthier replies later on.

    for now, it´d be cool to know how much tax would go on top of a krivo pickup. Michaels, can you answer this? i´d appreciate it.

    Those Stimers sure sound good. There's some nice clips on YouTube of a French Guy playing a black Godin 5th Ave archtop with a Stimer (don't know how to post a link). Wonder how he stuck it to the top? Do many of yuz use putty (like the green stuff that comes with the Schertler)? His also sounded pretty quiet (in terms of buzzing and noise, etc).

    I love the Peche! LOVE it! Magnetic and can rock, but also really natural true to my guitar. I highly recommend it!
