Amati Schmitt is some player, caught him a few times at Samois, he was rocking a banjo one of the evenings, first time i've heard gypsy banjo!!.

Got talking to him on the final day, it was like 37 degrees so everybody headed down to the river. Young Amati was wearing that white T-Shirt, and I had to give him a bit of slagging, on the back of his shirt embossed in silver glitter read the giant words AMATI SCHMITT ....Very Spinal Tap, nice kid though

Amati is nice kid, he just turn 15yrs.
Yes it was HOT and drinking my Hermitage 05 big Syrah, it was a pretty dark wine for 37c day.
My wife took a picture of Amati shirt, very funny for sure

Daisy Castro was over playing with the Schmitts one of the days, Dorado was attempting to marry her off to Amati. I was quite in favour of the idea, a new manouche super race. Gypsy eugenics.
