Via the folks over at swingjo, I just came across a wonderful video of Marcel Azzola playing Bluesette and Daphné with Mathieu Chatelain and Marc-Michel le Bevillon:

Aside from the excellent qualities of his playing, you can hear that Marcel Azzola is using the famed 'double bassoon' register that was discussed in the "That golden sound" post, with both LL inside the tone chamber.

It brought tears to my eyes at different points. The look of Marcel Azzola while playing... what a joy
