Steve Elsworth

Does anyone know if Steve Elsworth is still playing or involoved in the swing scene? He played on Fapy Lafertin's Swing guitars and Hungaria albums with Le Jazz.... He's got a really great strong and classic Grappelli influenced sound and swings like crazy. I think he was based out of the UK and I wonder if he is available for lessons or is even playing this stuff anymore. Thanks for any information..

I guess nobody has a clue about Steve.... I'm suprised more violinists aren't influenced by his style.

I think he is still playing. At least he was a few years ago, I did a gig with him. He was living in Hampshire (UK) then, or at least Southern England..
