NW Dell'Arte Refinisher?

Two questions for the gurus:
1) Where would you take your Kinnard Dell'Arte minor swing to have it refinished, if you lived in Seattle?
2) Would it make more sense to just buy a new one, given the expense of refinishing? I'm not a do-it-yourselfer. I paid $900 for this one off Ebay. I'm happy with the tone, but the finish is cracked like a broken ice puddle (I knew what I was buying, and appearance wasn't a deal-breaker).
