Bass lines for common gypsy jazz tunes

Are bass players better at reading bass clef than guitar players are reading any clef? This is a genuine question. If so, maybe this would be a good place to post some stock bass lines for common gypsy-jazz tunes. Maybe more people will be then tempted to pick up a bass and provide some bottom end...

Here's Diego Imbert backing Bireli's first chorus on "Gipsy Project & Friends." Nice how he builds up steam in bars 7-8 with a little syncopating push. This rhythm section is moving!

Hi Harry, I used an open-source program called Lilypond:

http://www.lilypond.org

Lilypond generates all sorts of file types as output. I think it spat out these as GIF images (I'm too lazy to check!). Then I upload them to a webserver.

That way, I can just specify them as "images," using the little image button on this site. Voila'.

Also, I realize I haven't posted any more of these for some weeks. Just too damned busy. But it's a project I'll dip into again. Any requests?

How do you upload them to a webserver? :? Sorry this is new to me
