..this is interesting.. a friend has this Selmer for sale-its obviously not a Parisian model (London on headstock) but is it worth a look at? -roughly 1950's seriel number 666!

I bought a no name guitar several years ago for £40 to use as a kick about guitar at work. It's really nice to play although very quiet! It has certainly seen better days. I treat it really badly :oops: Have a look at it below!
I clearly lucked out with the price I paid for mine, but as I say it's seen better days, the top has sunken quite badly and the tuners are in a mess - it's in terrible condition. BUT great to play with a lovely soft sweet sound and easy neck. When new it would have been an intermediate level instrument.
If that guitar is in really good condition I'd say it would be worth 300 euro tops. Anything above that and you're paying for the name I think.
