Insurance valuation?

Hi all, I have no desire to sell, but any suggestions regarding what I should insure a 1995 Dupont 14-fret D-hole guitar for? It's in great shape (one crack on the top was fixed years before I got it, zero impact on sound), and has the Brazilian rosewood back/sides, I think it's the MD-50 model.

Mid-90's Dupont in excellent conditions should probably be worth $4,500 these days, give or take a few hundred. That seems like a good place to start.
