After 7 years I'm selling my wonderful Godefroy Marujouls (MJS) oval hole for personal reasons.
The Marujouls guitar has a spruce top and french walnut back and sides
The guitar was made in 2003--its a glorious sounding guitar with the real manouche sound and very comfortable to play.
Lollo Meier Fapy Lafertin and Olivier Kikeff are all playing Godefroys guitars.
Anyway,music speaks louder than words
You can see and hear what this superb guitar sounds like here.

Going through the ubitqiuous AER compact 60 of course.
Cheers
An £800 amp with a £20 mic. An interesting combination. Very "Djangoesque" I think.

I recently bought two from Ebay at even lower prices and used with a decent amp sound pretty damn good, so good in fact that I'm about to sell my Schertler Basik which - for me - just doesn't work.
It just goes to show that cost isn't always an indication of better or guaranteed results.

Can you give the model name of the mic? I see there are a lot of versions in their website:

I've never heard that one before. Does anyone have a lead sheet?
Thanks
