I just wanted to post a very positive review of my recent transaction with DjangoBooks.com. When I was trying to make decisions about amplification, Michael was extremely helpful, providing detailed explanations of the alternatives. Finally, I decided to go with a Bigtone bridge, but I made a mistake with my measurements and ordered the wrong size. Michael exchanged it, not once, but twice, until I finally found the one that fit my guitar. I really appreciate the great customer service and wanted to pass on my comments to all of you.
