    I spent some measuring bpm at which he plays these exercises hoping to set that as my sort off mid-term goal.
    So in case anyone else is wondering, in order of exercises:
    1st @ 160
    2nd @ 165
    3rd @ 155
    4th @ 165
    5th @ 175
    6th @ 160
    7th @ 135
    8th @ 220 (or 110 and you're doing double time)
    9th @180
    10th @175
    11th @170
    12th @135

    ...hope this isn't too dopey...
