What is this diminished run over B?

I'm trying to train my ears by transcribing phrases from random YouTube videos (well not random, gypsy jazz clips I like), and I ran across this video: 
About 13 seconds in, I think the player does an embellished diminished run over B, but I can't for the life of me figure out the first notes (and it's frustrating as hell!). I think it's something like this:

Is this correct? I am most unsure about the 3rd through 5th notes.

I don't know whether I'll ever be an excellent player if I keep practicing, but I'm absolutely sure I won't be if I stop.

Crap, apparently my ears have a long way to go
Kudos for attempting that one. I have not had the guts to really try any of the valses yet. Pretty technical but good practice.
