Maybe start by learning chords and becoming a good rhythm player? Then learn some 'heads' (melodies) of songs that you like.

Welcome to the forum.
If you type "beginner" into the forum search bar you'll find incredible amount of practical advice to get going. Similar to what Bones said, learn a song. My whole journey of guitar playing started with friend teaching me old school rock'n'roll riff. Learn how to play Minor Swing. So that will get you into learning chords, maybe some theory behind chords, keeping tempo, eventually start developing rhythm sound you hear in this music... You have plenty of tutorials on YouTube. Then as you start having specific questions, either search the forum or just ask.

When you say beginner, do you mean in this style - or at the guitar?
Oh and try to find a good GJ teacher who can get you started with proper technique. With covid that will be Skype lessons or something like that online. Gonzalo does Skype. Not sure if he takes beginners but I'm sure somebody does. This is so you don't build in bad technique right at the beginning and then have to fix that later.
Yes, like Buco said, start with something simple like Minor Swing or Minor Blues (Blues en Mineur). What GJ songs do you like?

Get Gypsy Picking and Gypsy Rhythm. Both books are written by Michael Horowitz and are available from this site. They will provide an excellent foundation for your Gypsy Jazz journey.
There are many on here who can help and if English is not your first language then using a translator will slow things down a bit but it may also help you learn to read English better in time.
But beware, there are as many teachers as there are students these days, and they are trying to tell you why they are the best to get you to pay.
There are also those who have very fixed ideas about exactly how to play the correct technique and if you deviate from that they will tell you that you are doing it wrong. There is no right and wrong, just an individual's way of interpreting what they hear. If there was a strict set of rules for how to play, Django would never have got past his first gig.
Ultimately the 'Gypsy Jazz' style is as much about feel as it is about technique, and for that you also need to listen to gypsy music and some jazz to fully understand the roots.
At the risk of upsetting the purists I would suggest learning the most common chord shapes, practicing the 'la pompe' rhythm and absorbing as much of the free lessons on Youtube from as many different teachers as you can; but, most importantly, unless you just want to be a stale copyist, along the way be sure to listen to what is in your head too so you can also develop your own voice.
