They are no longer produced, as far as I know. The only option is looking for some used ones. Sometimes, one or two pop up for sale on this forum 😊

Hey guys, long time lurker first time poster. Just wanted to chime in and say Jokko makes a 4G pick. I haven’t used the original so don’t know how faithful it is to the original design but I have one on the way to try.

hey Buco, I actually really like it. I was using a wegen twin (the small one) before and this pick feels a lot faster if that makes sense. it's very comfortable as well it just takes a little time to get used to the thumb indentation as it is sort of offset where as the impression on the wegen is centred.

@jman I like the look and the versatility. Lately I'm mostly using Jokko's picks again. I'd like to get this one at some point. Because some I use specifically for rhythm because they're really mellow and some for lead.

Tangentially related, but I recently bought a 3mm "Manouche" model pick (no indent tho) from Jokko and had him make it with the newer "Safari" material he has on his site - really recommend that material, it's as close to the original rhinoforce I've tried yet and just has some truly great projection & tone. Also, I really love that "Manouche" shape he makes, my favorite picks to use aside from 2mm gators.

@jman so you ordered from Gypsyguitar? Jokko doesn't even list the 4G model on his site.

@voutoreenie I don't see Safari listed as material. He has Safari available as a color within Art Nouveau series. Which is described as material made out of bioplast viscose (tortoise shell imitation).

Then gypsyguitar.de lists galaith as an available material which Jokko doesn't. On the other hand you can specify the thickness with Jokko but not with gypsy guitars.de. Lastly gypsyguitar.de lists a no dimple 4G pick but it's only offered in two varieties.

I like the guy and like his stuff (I'm also using manouche mic) but I was turned off from ordering more than once because I'd just get overwhelmed and confused (it's partly me because I can get pedantic over details).

hey @Buco , yes I ordered from gypsyguitar. I think the pick is exclusive to them. I got the shelltone white which I really like. it feels like Galalith but sort of lighter or something. It seems to be out of stock but they have the black version.
