A while ago Selmer 520 sold on this site. I just found some before-and-after restoration pictures which include construction details. Since this guitar has solid mahogany back and sides it's a bit unusual. Click on the Selmer link for an overview.

I have no idea what he means by "cannot be classified" or whether it might apply to this guitar or not.
