Does anyone know Django's intro chords for the first version of Manoir de Mes Reves recorded in 1943?

Thanks!

Alex

Alex, good to hear from you. Here's is what I came up with

    E9 Eb9 B7/D D Em A13 D/F# F#o Em Bb-6

    Sequence:

First three chords: E9 Eb9 B7/D (I assume you know how they overlay E9, then E9 to Eb9, etc)
Then the open chords: D Em A13 D/F# (use open strings here)
Then: F#o Em Bb-6 Second position, open Em, and sixth pos Bbm6 arpegiatted slowly

    That B7/D is a D9, with the Eflatted, also D6add b9

That's what I hear anyway. Hope that helps.

Likewise, good to hear from you.

The chords are good, just to clarify an explanation, I meant to say.

    "That B7/D is a D69, with the Eflatted, also D6add b9".

For those of you on copy, Alex and I played together in NJ. Over there
the state is suffering from floods (too much water), while here in central Texas
we are having a serious drought and need water....
