Which browser are you using? It displays in the upper righthand corner of every discussion for me as well as on the main page.

@Passacaglia I did make a small change to the css yesterday which may have effected the visibility of the bookmark. I changed it back so let me know if you see it now.

I'm using FireFox as well and it displays, but you may have a different screen width.
