    I ll try my best to join! But tbh I m a bit rusty as I didnt get to play clarinet or really practice guitar in more than a year. I was hoping to get back to it this month (once my son started daycare) but as he got sick I still did not get to practice as hoped.

    i dont want to delay the project but I ll try my best to join asap. Please send me the intro you had in mind (is it the one you posted in the other thread?)

    @PapsPier it is the one from the other thread but let me double check and I can record an isolated guitar and I'll pm you. This is no rush, as long as people have interest, we have no set date to get it done.

    Thanks!

    Look what you made happen Willie....

    No, this is after neighbors left. But I did listen to it few more times just earlier. Enjoyed it every time. I'm very happy we decided to this and I'm a part of it. You're an exceptionally good singer man, your voice just sounds nice, so nice. Like, sitting on a balcony, enjoying a good whiskey and being lifted by the good music kind of nice.

    @Buco

    When I have my recording done (in a few days, I think), how do you want it delivered? Stereo mix with guitar (like the test version, but maybe with a little bit reverb on the vocals )? Or would you prefer separate mp3/WAV files for each vocal track? Or both: a rough mix as a sketch, and the separate tracks for working out the real thing?

    Both, yes. Separate tracks so I can mix on my end, and a rough mix for everyone to hear.

    I'll to try to record another version where I'm waiting for a bar on E7 before vocals start. To see if that works and sounds better. And record a complete rhythm track.

    For solos, I'll plan on 3 soloists play 16 bars each...and as I'm writing I'm thinking it would be nice to play in bar 7, descending those diminished chords instead of ascending, like in bar 5...

    Also last night I uploaded a slightly different audio version in the opening post. I changed a little the first phrase of the intro where fiddle starts.

    I'll do my best to complete the rhythm track.
