That is the old Charle shop. I'd recognize that storefront anywhere! He is a reputible dealer and you could contact him using the info on his website to see if it is really his listing or if it is someone pretending to be him. If it was the latter, he'd probably thank you for alerting him to someone fraudulently using his name and images. If it really is him, he could shed light on the situation for you. Hopefully someone didn't sit on it like Martin Taylor's first guitar, else all you'd be buying would be the neck and fretboard! :-)
I was in the shop in San Diego once browsing around and found that somebody forgot to add the 0 or even two to the price tag of this old Gibson. I pointed it out to someone on the floor showing the price tag and saying "is this my lucky day?" and the guy took it from me, red in face and went towards the back of the store.

Shady.
Do you think they'll take 950?
I dont really know
I think they will but you will never see the guitar since someone hijacked the pic.

@Scoredog You are right. The picture
is from Jérôme Casanova's website:
That actually checks out with the seller name, sketchy nonetheless...

You should have just found the newest, most naive employee and told them you'd like to check out, please! ;-)
It crossed my mind to just walk up to a cashier but then I was like "no, not cool".
