I wonder if the Dutch made any more films of Django, two of the pieces of footage is from there. They even made a film about Coleman Hawkins in 1935. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cNpvnIY7JhU
Fascinating bit of film. Interesting to note that it was found in very much the same way as "Le Jazz Hot". I think this is more likely how any rare Django footage would be found rather than being owned by some secretive collector.

Agree, I wonder if anyone in holland would be willing to contact the right person and ask to go through archives? I would, but I live in washington state.
