Thanks for the kind words! I'm glad that the effect was noticeable to you, that makes me feel like I'm not imagining it. I think I saw Craig post about that conversion, that was super cool.
It's pretty common in a lot of guitars, even Fender bolt on necks. I can't say that my guitars will never develop this problem (notably my oldest Gypsy guitars are coming up on 2 years) but because of the way that I make the necks I'm able to run carbon fiber rods all the way to the end of the neck (they terminate about 3mm from the end). So I have alot of stiffness out to the end of things. If it does need a little correction at some point it is a lot easier to correct because the neck comes off entirely so you can work on it without having to deal with the neck/body/fingerboard being all stuck together.

It doesn't always happen. My guitar never suffered from it.
