It's hard for me not to use flame maple binding for everything.

Quick video walking through my new guitar:
this video compares the NVtone mic to the piezo with custom IR. Very preliminary as I just started playing with it last night. Recorded poorly as well. I'm not satisfied with the sounds as of yet but they seem promising. It's really hard to test things in my apartment and at a certain point my ears get tired. Had at least 4 screaming feedback incidents from accidentally turning on a heavy metal amp setting on the Smartbox.
