Thanks, Jerry, for bringing the thread back around to archtops! That's quite a story. Hank Garland is one of my favorite guitarists. His album Move is one of my "desert island" cd's. How cool that you got to know him & even play his guitar. His is a tragic story.
Hank is one of the giants in the history of guitar and is still largely under the radar.
