Gypsy history?

Does anyone know where you can get this DVD, Latcho Drom,? I tryed Netflix, ...no luck there. Is it available in zone 1 format? would love to get a copy.

You have to see the Tony Gatlif's film Latcho Drom. All the history of the gypsys is inside. They come from the north of india and the'll go until spain and europe. It is a very beautiful and poetic film. You don't need to speak french or over language to see this film there's no lyrics.
PS : There is Tchavolo and Dorado Schmitt who play in this movie. Dorado plays violon as well as he plays guitar in the movie.

As far as I know it was never available in Zone 1. We used to carry it in VHS, but it's out of print. I think DVDs of any zone are now also out of print. Too bad, because it was one of the most powerful films about Gypsy music ever made.

The Gatlif stuff doesn't last long on the market so it grab 'em when you can. Swing, Vengo, Gadjo Dilo, etc.
