Come to think of it, at the end of the night, Jason Anick showed up and sat in on a couple tunes on violin. John Jorgenson Quintet was playing at the hardly strictly bluesgrass fest earlier in the day. Wish I could have filmed a bit of that. He is amazing... plays with such maturity and virtuosity for a young one (23). Kevin Nolan was there too. It was really an amazing night!
I would have filmed more, but there were a lot of pretty girls there to talk to and I had to turn down the django-nerd-o-meter a bit.

haha... true. Well, recording might actually be a good icebreaker though I guess a conversation might not last too long if you start it by offering to show her your microphone.
As the bouncer drags you toward the door you're sputtering: "Hey.... what'd I say? ... what'd I say???"
