    Hi @Buco, do you the details of the work that CB did on the guitar? Is this really done on selmacs? I'd love to have the neck on a practice guitar fattened & shaved (so gluing on wood and molding it, my feeble head tells me, rather than simply shaving down.)

    @djazzy It's one of the early guitars Craig built. He made the neck narrower, don't remember the rest of the details. Fattening the neck sounds like a tricky job, the cost might be equal to a used cheap guitar

    Thank you, I'll think about it. I tried to play those thumb shapes on a thinner neck and it didn't help that much. I think i just got to do it the old fashioned way and stretch my fingers and practice that way of gripping the shapes
