Thanks for doing the leg work Bopster. I was playing with the site this morning before work. I like the old school look of it.

Will have to see if there are any of other features in the final $60 version. For this price I would hope for a few more rhythm choices other than the current waltz and swing as well as the possibility to write out to an Mp3 file. A few more instrument choices would be pretty cool as well.

I want to include some more rhythms like Bossa and Bolero, But it's much more difficult than the Swing or Waltz, to programm it. My guitar anyway sounds not so good, so I will record new rhythms, when I got a real good one.
And I know, that the rhythm guitar I recorded, sounds sometimes a little bit shakey, but I did my best I could that time. Remember, I still had no good practicing tool then, when I recorded Djangolizer
To write down an mp3 file may be included soon in Djangolizer.
I don't think it will be useful, to include other instruments, because, the guitar and bass is what makes Gypsy Swing typical.

band in a box is still the better option i guess. but still if it evolves could be something usefull!

I bought Band in a Box. I find this software not easy to use. to many menues and a really awful design. So i had the idea, to make this kind of software myself, but much easier to handle. Everything on one screen.
Of course, BIAB has more features, but for my practicing, Djangolizer gives me all I need. And i'm not sure, if BIAB shows you all the scales and arpeggionotes per each chord. Does it?

And BIAB is more expensive. But for sure it's worth his price. The creator of BIAB is in my opinion just a genius. Big respect! 8)

I think I remember a thread on this forum where they were saying that BIAB upgraded their sound to be more realistic (not that midi sound that they used to have).

Is that true? has anyone used the new version?

    Thanks

Haven't used it, but from what I understand, it's Gonzalo playing the new rhythm tracks.

I put the Djangolizer manual online in English, German and French.
I hope it will make your practicing with Djangolizer easier. Enjoy...

I want to make some improvements to Djangolizer. I have allready many ideas for new features.
I plan to record the sounds again, with a better guitar and with more different rhythms.
Anyhow, if somebody has suggestions, please write them here...
