I had not seen the live stream, thanks! Looks like Emmet cropped just this tune and posted it separately too (just 30 mins ago - truly on the cutting edge of jazz here) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IfBb7XtIHwY
So when I first read this, I thought it was "non-gypsy"....jazz artists. Though, reading some of the answers, I feel like it might have meant "non-gypsy jazz" artists, broadening it to any genre.
For the former, I like Wes Montgomery, Fats Waller, & Bill Evans.
For the latter, wow, too broad to list. Peter Gabriel, Toto, Hoyt Axton....and the new Silksonic are some I'm listening to lately.

@Wim Glenn Did you see there's a new live recording of After You've Gone with a similar lineup? See 1:00:04 here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4JfKenSm-tQ
Lennie Tristano w/ Warne Marsh & Lee Konitz;
Dave Holland;
Ralph Towner
wow, there are so many greats but the people I listen to the most and derive the most inspiration from outside of Django are:
Stan Getz
Bill Evans
Keith Jarrett
Charlie Parker
Wes Montgomery
George Benson
...maybe a picture is worth a thousand words ☺️
