A second vote for J'Attendrai. An iconic French tune with a very beautiful and recognizable melody.
I've always liked Lentement Mademoiselle 3/31/1942 Paris. Beautiful melody. I liked and played Alma Sinti/Patrick Saussois "Rythmes Gitans" version 1999 that has some nice rythmic syncopation but didn't do any solo improv.
