    In that case it has to be an Altamira, as Michael says on this website 'Best bang for the buck', well made, easy to play and ideal for a first GJ guitar. There are many on here who would prefer to recommend their favourite luthier but for the price you can't fault them.

    I've got another option for you - JWC Guitars made by Jeongwoo Cho. They don't get mentioned a lot on this forum but a lot of European players swear by them, including Paulus Schaffer. Jeongwoo is based in Korea so his prices are very competitive for a luthier made guitar (start at about 1500 euros I think, so about the same as a secondhand Nomade).
